Hi! My name is Holly Shinners and I am Certified to perform Marriages by the American Marriage Ministries.

I am also a Notary Public for the State of Florida.

I live in Bradenton, Florida (Manatee County) and I am willing and able to travel to you!

YOU provide the Marriage License.

I’ll perform the ceremony of Your Dreams and file the paperwork with the appropriate county clerk.

I am doubly qualified in the State of Florida to perform wedding ceremonies by being a Certified Minister in the State of Florida and a Florida Notary Public.
